  • 2 x 1.0 Hrs - $35.00
    3 x 1.0 Hrs - $25.00
    4 x 1.0 Hrs - $20.00
    5 x 1.0 Hrs - $15.00

    Prices are based upon the number of people per hour blocks purchased.  Further discounts may apply for pre-purchasing.  

    Group Fitness sessions are currently set at a maximum of 10 people per fitness group.  If you have a larger group who may wished to be trained by Pump It Fitness Training, please register your interest in a custom program to recieve a quote.

Part of a sports team? Social club? Or just have a group of friends or colleagues interested in getting fit?  Well a group fitness program might be right for you!

Whilst sharing the costs across a group of people, group sessions will still be customised enough to help people achieve their individual goals.

Group sessions can just be one off’s, for a few weeks or they can be continuous or season based depending on what you want.

  • Walking / Running
  • Flexibility / Pilates
  • Core Strengthening
  • Agility work
  • Sports Conditioning
